Guaranteed Availability


Because AEXjet controls its fleet, we are able to guarantee our members access to aircraft, even during busy holiday periods.

AEX will guarantee fleet aircraft response time for trips requested before the following notice limit for domestic flights. International flights require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the desired trip to guarantee availability. Requests made inside the notification window will be accommodated on a best efforts basis in the order received. In the event a fleet aircraft is not available, AEX will provide a similar type aircraft to the Member through an AEXjet approved third party provider.

AEXjet may designate up to twelve days per year as peak travel days. On peak travel days, the notification window for each Membership tier designated above will be doubled for domestic flights and on those days the departure times may vary by plus or minus five hours from the original requested time. Travel to or from certain airports may have restrictions during peak travel days, which could cause delays that may be unavoidable and beyond the control of AEX, due to airspace saturation. AEX will make every effort to avoid delays and to provide as much advance notice as possible when delays are expected to occur.
