The Site and all of its content, including, but not limited to, all information, products, programs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and the presentation contained herein (collectively, the “Content”), belong to aexjet. The design and layout of the Site (the look and feel of the Site) are the exclusive property of aexjet and may not be used, copied, distributed or displayed in any way.  All trademarks, logos, or service marks, whether registered or unregistered, are proprietary to aexjet. The Site may contain proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. 

 

aexjet grants you a limited license to make personal use of the Site.  Except as noted, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, to use, reproduce, transmit, perform, publish, license, modify, rewrite, create derivative works from, or transfer or sell, any of the Content, including but not limited to, any of aexjet’s intellectual property.

 

Your limited license to use does not include, without limitation: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site or Content therein; (b) the collection and use of any product listings or descriptions; (c) any derivative use of the Site and the Content; and (d) the use of any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods.  You may not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any aexjet trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including the images found at the Site, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page within the Site) without aexjet’s express written consent.  Furthermore, you may not use any “meta tags” or any other "hidden text" utilizing any aexjet name, trademarks, or product names without aexjet’s express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of the Site will terminate the limited license and/or rights granted herein.  Unauthorized uses of aexjet’s intellectual property may violate applicable laws including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes.  All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and aexjet will vigorously pursue criminal prosecution when warranted.

 

aexjet may at any time, and without notice, revise, modify or update this Agreement, the Site or the Content.   aexjet assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the Content and use of such Content is at the recipient’s own risk.  The Content may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and may not be complete.   aexjet makes no representations as to the suitability of the Content for any purpose.

 

 

aexjet has made every effort to ensure that the colors of the images on the Site, including those of items for sale, are depicted as accurately as possible.  However, as monitors and other user equipment vary, aexjet cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate.

aexjet expects people from all over the world to access the Site. In order to ensure consistency in the application and interpretation of this Agreement, this Agreement, the Site, the Content, and your use of the Site, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its choice of law provisions.  Additionally, any suit brought by you in relation to the Agreement, the Site, the Content or your use of the Site must be maintained in a state or federal court located in the State of Colorado, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

This Agreement represents the entire understanding relating to the use of the Site and the Content and prevails over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting, or other communication. In the event any or a portion of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

The headings of the several subdivisions of the Agreement are inserted solely for your convenience and have no further meaning, force or effect.
